Mummas and Beans in Godalming, Surrey  is a cafe with a difference.  Designed especially for mums and mums-to-be, this is a cafe like no other in the area.  It offers everything you would expect – coffee, cakes and snacks,  but mums can also indulge in a range of beauty therapies on offer while little ones play safely nearby.
 
Nicky Woodhatch, the owner explains the ethos behind the venue:
 
“Being a new mum can be very lonely and new mums and mums-to-be often find they want to talk to others in a similar situation to themselves.
 
“I wanted to open a venue that would be a friendly place for mums to get together and chat over coffee, where they could also get expert advice and where I could also offer ante-natal and post- natal classes in a dedicated studio place.  Mummas and Beans is the realisation of that concept .  
 
Nicky has also added all sorts of tempting extra benefits like an on-site beauty therapist who can offer massage, nail treatments and make up tips to busy mums while their little ones can get involved with  arts and crafts activities or drama classes in a dedicated playroom on site.
 
Nicky adds:
